1. Schedule an interrupted time with your child anytime during the day or week.
2. Turn off any electronic devices that could interrupt your quality time.
Cellphones, TV, computer, etc should be off.
3. Keep warm eye contact, touch, hug and listen to your child.
4. Think about fun activities to play and bond with him/her (outdoors or indoors).
5. Keep the schedule routine, but be open to changes.
